Our exceptional network of partners combined with our local insights and experience, enable us to take the concept of property sourcing to an entirely new level of service extending the brief from simply finding a property to buy or rent, to presenting a fully pivoted lifestyle, positioning and transitioning our clients to enjoy the very best that Surrey has to offer.
HOW WE WORK
In an increasingly digital world, we take the accessibility it has to offer and combine it with a personalised, one-to-one service, enabling a client connection across the globe, as well as here in the UK. Our in-house property and lifestyle experts manage our client’s needs and wishes offering a comprehensive, bespoke and efficient service, saving our clients time and money.
We carefully curate a collective of trusted partners and advisors including but not limited to; interior designers, landscape gardeners, private aviation and yacht brokers, specialist removal and/or relocation firms, mortgage brokers, financial advisers, wealth planners and school consultants.
We ensure that our briefs are delivered to the highest standards, going above and beyond for our clients needs, as well as supporting local communities.
TEAM
Lisa, Lindsey and Suzanne, each successful business owners in their own right, set up Pelham Row after discovering their shared passion for all things related to property and Surrey life.
Lisa grew up in a family of property developers in Yorkshire and had a successful career as a journalist and marketing professional in London for many years. Lisa has renovated and developed a number of properties for the rental and sale market and runs her own property portfolio. She has a keen interest in upcycling and sustainability and builds strong relationships with builders and developers.
Lindsey co-owns a market leading legal recruitment business in Hong Kong and runs a buy-to-let property portfolio and holiday rental business in the UK. She moved to Surrey in 2019 with her family after 20 years in Asia and has first hand experience of relocating and setting up a new life in a new area. She has years of experience of buying and renovating properties and is passionate about houses and interior design.
Suzanne ran a successful events company for 12 years and is experienced in managing large scale corporate events for some of the world’s largest brands. Suzanne has renovated and sold multiple properties as well as investing into property development companies on larger scale projects. She now manages a buy-to-let property portfolio. Suzanne grew up in Surrey and has a wealth of knowledge of the local area.
Lisa, Lindsey and Suzanne each have three children from toddlers to teens and truly understand what is involved in setting up a life in Surrey, from finding a home and advising on schools to facilitating golf club memberships and booking private jets. They have a strong network of relationships and can manage every aspect of setting up a new life in the area.
