Pelham Row was founded by two women who know Surrey deeply — personally and professionally. Both living in Cobham and Esher with three children each across three different schools in the area, we saw a gap in the market for an immersed buying agent truly living and breathing the local market.
We’re not a large agency. We don’t want to be. Our model is simple: take fewer clients, go further for each one, and deliver results that go beyond the transaction.

In an increasingly digital world, we combine the accessibility it offers with a genuinely personal, one-to-one service. Our clients span the UK and overseas and each one gets the same thing: a thorough brief and a search conducted with care.
We work with a carefully curated network of trusted partners — architects, builders, developers, interior designers, landscape gardeners, travel & private aviation specialists, mortgage brokers, financial advisers, school consultants and more. Every partner is personally known to us. We don’t make introductions to suppliers we wouldn’t use ourselves.
TEAM
Lisa grew up surrounded by property — her family were builders & developers in North Yorkshire, and it never left her. After a career in journalism and marketing in London, she returned to her roots: renovating, developing, and building the kind of relationships with builders and tradespeople that only come from doing the work properly. She brings commercial sharpness and a journalist’s instinct for finding the real story — useful when assessing a property’s true potential. Lisa has renovated a developed a number of properties and runs her own property portfolio. She is a true sporting mum and is the go to person for any advice on local activities from cricket, tennis and rugby, to ballet, ballroom dancing and swimming.
Lindsey spent two decades in Hong Kong before moving her family to Surrey in 2019 and has spent her career making complex things look effortless – from managing global corporate moves to renovating and selling multiple properties. She knows first-hand what it means to relocate; the logistics, the anxiety, the small wins and the unexpected complications. Lindsey runs a legal recruitment business in Asia and manages a UK
property portfolio, which means she understands both the emotional and investment dimensions of property. She has an eye for what a home can become and the network to make it happen. She knows the county’s schools, its social scene, its hidden gems, its pitfalls and is also exceptionally well connected across Surrey’s international community.
