We work exclusively for you: understanding your requirements, identifying the right homes, and securing the best possible terms. We can view properties quickly and provide a video or live walk through to ensure that the right home is not lost due to timing and logistics.
Our end to end service is designed to remove the stress and apprehension of buying a home and relocating, from initial brief, to purchase and beyond. Our in-house experts and network of partners ensure we have every aspect of your move covered, providing our clients with connection and a seamless service. To avoid conflicts of interest, we will not work for clients with identical briefs at the same time.
Establishing the brief
We create a fully comprehensive list of our clients wants and needs plus the extras required to make a house a home. Pelham Row will present a market overview and proposal, outlining what can be achieved.
PROPERTY EXPLORATION
We utilise a deep and extensive network of experts to identify a list of prime properties which fit the brief. All viewings are managed by the team and are available in person, live or pre-recorded.
SECURING
Upon successful sourcing of a suitable property, an offer is put forward to the vendor or agent. Once a sale has been agreed, we will ensure that professionals are appointed including solicitors and surveyors, working to an approved schedule.
